Strange note

Now I'm not sur if this is related to house up for sale or not but...

Just got home to find note through the door. Not a number I know, no name. What would you do? I'm worried it's some sort of scam.

I’d guess it’s related to your house being up for sale. Like PP said, give them a call and hide your number if you’re curious.

It was mistaken identity - picking something up but given wrong address.
