Has anyone been through the process of buying a house based on the show home and waiting for it to be built? Did everything go to plan? Is it just easier to buy an existing house?
We also have the option of buying the home we are currently renting. But it would need a new kitchen, bathrooms, floors etc as nothing has been changed since it was built 18 years ago.
I just don't know what to do! This is the first time I'll ever have bought a house after years of renting. Both will be similarly priced with the new build being bigger.
