How do I deal with my interfering neighbor?

Hi, i rent my aunties property we have a kind of ongoing fued (for lack of a better word) with my ajoining neighbor. It started cuz he used to do my aunties gardening and since we moved in we've had no need yet he still lets himself into our garden whenever he likes, ive asked him to just knock on and say hes popping round for whatever reason, you know, common courtesy but he wont. He also shoots pigeons, not something I approve of but each to there own. I wouldn't have a problem with it but he leaves the carcasses on our grass. I have a toddler, a puppy and a cat. I dont want my little boy finding it and dont want my pets eating n swallowing the pellets. On the subject of my dog, he feeds the dog biscuits over the hedge. Ive repeatedly asked him not to, she's on hypoallergenic food and dont want it messing with her diet n dont want my dog having a relationship with him. He keeps doing other petty things I cant prove and theyre that stupid Id sound crazy just saying it. Hes just reported me to the council saying my dog is tied up outside and barking incessantly for hours everyday. Im a stay at home mum, she gets tied up (on a 5m chain) when i let her out for a wee so she doesnt escape but shes not outside for hours unless me n my son are out n then shes off her chain playing with us.... I want a fence put up but my aunties dragging her feet. Sorry for the rant but dont know what to do.... Any advice?? Thanks

Sounds like you could do with a cheap CCTV to catch him feeding the dog and everything else he is doing then report him, council or rspca
