Reusing a bath tap

We're redoing our leaking bathroom under duress (moving hopefully in next year - 18 mths)

I really like our Jasper Morrison bath tap (matches basin which we're keeping). Is there any reason we might not be able to reuse it with a new bath?

Nope, should be fine. We kept the 30+ year old taps from our old bath and put them on the new one, no problems at all.

Thank you. I wasn't sure if they were permanently attached to the old bath somehow!
