American fridge freezer

What can I do about. Y new fridge freezer protruding 15 cm from the the run of units.? Or will I just have to get used to it.

when we extended the kitchen we sunk it into the wall between the new kitchen and the utility room.
Even so it sticks out about 9cm out so that the doors can open, and its probably protrudes a good 18cm or more when you take the curved front and handles into account.

most americans are deeper than the 580/600 units
the units really should be brought foward so only the door on the fridge protrudes so it can open
