Leak after taking down conservatory

Hello,

Not sure if anyone can help. We had our conservatory taken down professionally. However now when it rains, water comes in on the inside of our house where the join was. I cant see any problems on the outside as to how the water can get in. We also did not have the leak the whole time the conservatory was there. Any ideas?

Is there a mortar joint between the bricks where there was lead flashing or flashband covering join? Has that mortar joint been re-pointed?

Hi wowfudge
There was a hole but it was bricked up and repointed. Starting to think we may have a new roof leak? It was dripping down inside the back door when it was raining heavy. Never seen it that bad before...
