What is this screw & bolt widget thingy called?

This screw and bolt thing connected the rod from the lever behind the tap that puts my plug up and down in the sink to the rod connected to the plug. It's broken and I need to replace it but I've no idea what it's called.
I won't be able to get to the plumbing shop that will probably be able to tell me until next week so I was hoping someone here might be able to identify it so I can get it online instead.
