How much to level this garden?

We are considering making an offer on a house but the garden is a mess. How much do you think it would cost to level and grass this garden? Thank you!

Not a huge amount I would have though? (I would probably tackle it myself if I was 15 years younger) Unless there is a load of buried rubbish, I would guess it was a days' work plus the cost of the turf? Depends how fussy you are I suppose!

I would say about £150. I don’t think it is bad at all. You could easily do it yourself.
