Red high gloss kitchen units - vinyl wrap / replace / paint

We are buying a house with a high gloss kitchen which isn't to my taste, we would like it grey or white.

There are at least 16 cupboard doors / drawer fronts.
We have a £500 budget for this but are not sure of the best way to do it. We are happy to be leaving the plinths and trims as red, hopefully a paler colour will tone it down.

We aren't sure which option to choose.

you could replace all for that budget
painting vinyl is a very make do situation and not a great finish
the red trims and grey wont look that great, white or off white will look better but will also make the red stand out so will still be in your face so to speak
