Moving and wasp's nest.

We are currently waiting to exchange. Today whilst trying to empty the loft I found the start of a wasp's nest. We have had someone out to deal with it.

Query is do we let the buyers know (on the info sheet for when they are in) or just leave it as we have had it dealt with?

I'm erring on the side of letting them know just so they can keep an eye on that area in future.

Thank you.

Yes, I would. You can leave them your receipt for the treatment that was done, in case it comes back before it should do.

Thank you. I am still to venture back up, apparently the queen had come back so he was able to spray her.

Give the queen her due though, a wasp's nest is a thing of natural wonder.

I think they're really sinister-looking. Someone posted a thread yesterday showing one that had appeared on the ceiling of a porch and a poster compared it to an alien's construction. You're right, they are one of the wonders of nature, though.
