Porcelain v ceramic tiles. Is there a difference?

I’m unsure if these are the same thing or different. If different is one better for a bathroom with electric underoor heating than another? What have you chosen?

porcelain are harder and stronger, which mostly becomes apparent if you try to drill them, and your drill wears away before it's got through.

Thank you @pigletjohn - I’m guessing the tiler will prefer ceramic then! But won’t matter too much to us.
