Has anyone recently bought Rattan Garden Furniture from Moda Furnishings or Feature Deco (or elsewhere) where you have received the products within a reasonable time period and been happy with the quality of the actual product?
We want to purchase a large rattan cube set with two 3 seater sofas (as opposed to 6 chairs). Moda Furnishings and Feature Deco are the only two companies I can find who supply this but the reviews, particularly for Moda, are highly confusing. There are 90%+ endorsing them and singing their praises (it's hard to tell if these are genuine or paid for) and the rest advise steering well clear due to dishonesty across the board with promising false timescales and poor quality products. People also say that these companies are getting the negative reviews taken down by offering sweeteners to do so or getting TrustPilot to remove the reviews claiming they breach the standards (because people are complaining before receiving the product!).
It's a minefield out there so if there is anyone who is able to share a genuine experience having bought furniture from either of these two suppliers (or if you can recommend elsewhere) that would be much appreciated.
