Not confirmed yet but a few weeks ago it suddenly emerged [hmm] that seller's ex wife was still on title deeds. She's not responded to letters about it so far, so I think that's probably it really for us and this one [sad] Really disappointed as this was such a good find - needed gutting but was priced low enough that we could afford to do what was needed. Now we're going to have to reign our expectations back in and start looking further afield and at properties that aren't as good - struggling to see how we won't just compare everything to this one and therefore be disappointed! Big sighs all round!! [sad][sad]
