We’re planning an extension in the southeast and struggling at the likely cost.
At Grand designs this weekend we came across a company who build your extension in a factory to your plans and specification, then bring a team down from the northwest to do the ground works and install (including steels etc)
Cost wise it sounds a lot cheaper and quicker installation but I’m concerned about any downsides .
Anyone used these or done anything similar? Their specs look good but I can’t find any reviews on line
