Kitchen plinth lighting - how high/low?

Kitchen fitter keeps asking me where on the plinth heightened I want my spot led plinth lights.

I want spots of light as opposed to a glow.

I just assumed they went on the middle of the plinth but apparently not as the plinth is recessed under the base units.

So how low do you go?

Spacing isn't an issue it's just the height positioning I'm struggling with. Thoughts appreciated.

Look at John Cullen lighting and select the country kitchen lighting design from the inspiration gallery. This shows plinth lighting and the lights they have used. Looks great to me! You don’t have much option with a plinth. They are not that deep!

Thank you. I will take a look but I already have the lights I'm just trying to work out where heightwise I want them positioned on the plinth.
