Help, worried about mounting tv

I am hoping to get some advice about mounting a 32 inch telly. It's in an alcove so it needs to be mounted on a swing arm type mount and my concern is that it will be mounted above where my toddler will be playing. I'm really worried about the bracket failing and although my partner tells me it's perfectly safe I just need a bit of reassurance and any recommendations to which mount to buy or avoid. Thanks

The bolts that attach a swing arm bracket are absolutely massive, well they were on the one we had until last year. Nothing short of an earthquake would have budged the 40" tv my husband put up.

OP we wall hung a TV last year (with bracket supplied with it rather than swing arm), I was nervous, it was fine!
