Hello, We are selling our house and selected the conveyancers 'myhomemove' online as we thought it would be a bit easier. We live a long way from the property in question and have been renting it out.
It sold about 2 weeks ago. We filled in all the forms and have done all we can on our side. However, the conveyancer who has been assigned to us has not communicated with us once so far.
I have sent 2-3 emails with no reply and tried to call - also with no reply.
I can see that the buyers solicitor has asked questions about the property which have also received no reply.
I am just looking at time frames really. Am i being impatient or does this look like a bad start
It is a simple sale with no mortgage on the property and no chain.
