Mortgage valuation surveys - public?!

Are mortgage valuation surveys public?

I've been liaising with Nested and they've done a valuation on the onward purchase that we want. They were able to tell us what valuation was given by each survey on the property (one before us, and our accepted offer which we had a mortgage valuation on which fell through because we lost our buyer).

How did they find this?! Where can I find this information?!

I’m interested too! So following! (House we want has had two offers fall through!)

Not at all! They are strictly between the valuer and the mortgage lender. The lender may choose to provide a copy of the report to their clients but aren’t obliged to. Who are Nested?

Online estate agent with a difference - they will enable you to make an offer as a chain free buyer (check out their website).

I still don't get how they obtained this info. They told me how much my accepted offer was from my lender's valuation!! Im still flabbergasted!!
