We have had a number of agents round this week with a view to selling the house.
Valuations and fees almost all the same, as I expected.
One is offering to bring some interested parties round prior to us signing with anyone, including him. Obviously we would be paying his fees if sale agreed this way.
I can think of a few pros and cons, but wondered what people thought?
Has anyone done this themselves?
