Me and husband currently live in enfield but we have found a beautiful 3 bed house house in ingress park, greenhithe with balcony views overlooking the River Thames it is a big move especially because we don't know the area and I have a 3 year old and 3 months old baby so schools and parks are general amenities are important to us. I work in central london as well so I'm also thinking of the commute, what are rush hour trains like?
But just wanted to hear from anyone who currently lives in greenthite or surrounding areas and wanted to get there true thoughts on the area, schools, is it a safe area? Or does anyone think we should move there?
There are allot of developments up and coming in surrounding areas plus the London Resort developments over the next couple of years so will house prices go up?
What are people's opinions on that side of Kent is greenhithe nice?
