I am hoping to buy a property from an elderly relative. She has never been keen to alter the property, and it will require some work. I would be looking to have done a re wire, install central heating, new bathroom, new kitchen and to have the front of the house double glazed (the back has been done). Can anyone suggest approximate costs? I am in the North West and this would be my first property, it is a two bed semi, with two reception rooms.
