Colour scheme for the walls in a flat

Rental property Carpet kitchen bath etc in white/grey but not sure about walls . White all over seems a bit clinical . Thinking of white in main rooms but another colour for the hall, kitchen and bath

Just leave it white. People can accessorise the spaces with whatever colour they want them to be then. I know it seems like it will be clinical but it is much preferable to magnolia and looks clean and bright when people look around.
