Anyone replaced floorboards?

If you've replaced joists and floorboards in a victorian semi in one room can you remember roughly the cost?Looks like wet rot and only floor boards but working on a worse case scenario of dry rot and it being in joists too! Thanks in advance. Hopefully getting builder back over but bracing myself for cost!

I had to replace joist in dining room. Costed just over £800, this included putting boards where floorboards where too badly damaged. Im in London.

Oooh that's not as bad as I thought. I thought we'd be looking at 5k +!
