Has anyone got any examples of what to write to end their contract with the estate agent after the sole agent period ends?

And is it best to stay with one estate agent or to have a multi-agents marketing your property?

Just keep it simple and follow the contract in terms of service of notice. You are giving notice to terminate the contract dated xxxxx and the XX days will expire on xxxxx.
