Loft Conversion prices South East (not London)

Anyone care to share how much theirs were in this region specifically?

The prices in the rest of the country seem to be way less so I'd like a benchmark of others around here and what they actually got for that money before I start tendering so I can drive a harder bargain!

We spent about £41,000 on ours (plus architect designs, tiling and bathroom fixtures and fittings) to build a dormer bedroom with an ensuite. It took 7 weeks to build in total, now having it painted (extra cost obviously) and carpeted and moving in next weekend. Can’t wait to enjoy it finally!
(The company we used though were booked solid for 8 months!!)

£50k L-shaped dormer of 2 bedrooms plus en suite. Loft conversion company including everything except decorating, tiling, carpets.

It would have been much cheaper project managing it ourselves.
