What would this house be worth in London?

Just for a bit of fun/out of general curiosity!

I was just having a scroll through some houses out in the wilds of Cumbria, and came across a few for under 100k - for example, ones like this

I mean, it's got its flaws... (!) but it's not all that bad! I just can't get over the price disparity between north and south.
Has anyone else found anything similar?

In my area, at least £850k. But gardens that size don't exist!

It would fly off the shelf in SE London and be developed with a kitchen diner, bi-folds etc. in its current state, about £475k

My bit of SE London I guess around £600k - £650k depending on school catchment

That's crazy. But I guess there's quite (!!) a few more job opportunities down south. It is fun to scroll through right move and find some gems up in the hills - like this one
