House on with 2 EA - which one would you call?

Just that really, there's a house listed with 2 estate agents ..... Which one would you call to view it though?

The one I preferred! If local independent v. large national I'd probably contact the local one.

They are both local agents, I might just toss a coin haha

Why not ring both agents and tell them what you are looking for and see which you feel is most responsive?

Go with whichever has the best appointment time for you.

Are the web details the same - if not go with the one which has the best photos and details and floorplan.

Don't ring both!!! The poor vendor will end up in a bun fight Re who "introduced" you and could even end up having to pay both. Grim.

Photos are both nearly exactly the same, one EA has the floor plan drawn incorrectly though so I'll go with the other 😊
