Small or big beds?!

Thinking about selling and trying to tart the house up a bit. Two of the small bedrooms have DCs' (small) beds in - would it be worth buying new, adult sized beds for the photos for the EA, or would that make the rooms look even smaller? I can't decide if small beds make the rooms look smaller or not!

As in single or toddler beds? If the rooms are singles you should demonstrate a single bed fits (same for double rooms etc) ideally

I'm pondering the same question. I have a big room with two toddler beds. Not t sure whether to replace with a king size or if it doesn't really make a difference for selling.

Sorry, should have said, they're toddler beds, so I'd be thinking about getting single adult beds. I vaguely remember viewing a house years ago, seeing the toddler bed in a bedroom and thinking there wasn't much space in there so I might be swaying towards shelling out for the adult single.
