Solicitors’ error

Moved house last week. Just got an email from our sols forwarding an email from the buyers’ sols saying we’d taken curtains that we should have left and we’re in breach of contract.
When I originally completed the fix & fittings form I messed it up and had to ask our solicitors for a new one. They said no problem and I sent them the 2nd version.
I reminded the solicitor of this and asked for a copy of the second version. I’ve checked the second form and I haven’t taken anything I shouldn’t have.
Someone’s made a mistake, but it’s not me. Am I liable if the buyer has been given the 1st version of the fixtures & fittings form?

No - the solicitor should seek to smooth things over, especially if you've got proof.

Ok, thanks. I have got proof as I emailed them straight away.
