Ground clearance and outside office construction

How much realistically would you expect to pay for an outside office space to be built (I've found some online at about £1500 But it's the ground clearance and construction costs I'm concerned about) and how long would you expect this kind of work to take?

Ours was about £5.3k. The cabin was about £3.5k and then there was the concrete slab, assembly and extra insulation.

So looking at around £10-12k or more all in?

No the 5k was all in. You can get cabins that are not much more than a shed right up to cedar clad mini buildings, ours was somewhere in the middle.

Fantastic thank you. That's a lot better than we were thinking.
