Do o need a builder or a landscape gardener?

I want to put a 10x8 shed at the bottom of our garden. Will need concrete or paving foundation. Ground is a bit uneven. I also want an area for an 8ft trampoline, maybe covered with barkchips or something?
I don't need to do anything particularly fancy with the surrounding garden as we're having the house extended next year so there's no point spending too much on the garden, I just need a bit of space for DS to play and a shed to replace the garage which is going to come down.

So - gardener or builder?

(And anyone got the foggiest what sort of price bracket I'm looking at? Shed itself is going to cost ~750-800)

Landscape gardener I would say. Unless you have good builders already and a good relationship with them.
