How to get sofas out?

Hi All.

We bought leather sofas from dfs a number of years ago. When they arrived they were shrink wrapped but still a struggle to get in the living room door. Now they are all 'poofed up' they will just not fit back out! Any advice or experience anyone?

Professional removers might know a trick you don't. Can you wrap it up again or cut off any cushions & sew them on again after? Other options are saw them up (if they're going to the tip) or take the door off its hinges to get a couple more inches, or remove a window, which isn't as difficult or expensive as it sounds but still may not be worth it.

Buy a roll of industrial shrink wrapping and re-shrink wrap?
