How do you decide whether to make the next step up?
We’ve got a small four bed terrace house (3 kids, two with autism). The house is about 900 sq ft. Lovely road and near the kids school (one is going to an out of town school).
The next leap up would be 150k. We can do it and wouldn’t have to move again. But it seems a big leap. We’re limited in that we need to be in the town we’re in due to family support. The next leap up would give us double the size of house and we can afford it but I’m so unsure what to do.
