Wondered if anyone could help. Looking to build a separate dwelling at side of my house like cpl of others on estate have done. However I'm totally out of my depth. I have contacted two architects and one chartered Town planner. Which is best for this job?? I had no idea what a Town planner was until yesterday but having looked at the website it seems they may have more experience at getting through the planning? The drawings should be pretty simple as it's just an exact copy of my house.
