Congrats, but practically speaking the work as just started.

Believe me, I know. We've moved before. Fortunately we have bought a house that needs virtually nothing doing to it. The kids are old enough to be (somewhat) helpful rather a hindrance.

We haven't listed our house yet so that is the major work now. Our current house really needs some TLC before photos.
