Can anyone recommend me a good cctv brand please? I need something wired with good night vision and an easy recording box that I can install myself. I have looked at some but the reviews weren't great. Thank you.

We've just had an IDMSS one installed - it was £500 for 2 cameras, great quality though

Ooooh, thank you @FabulouslyGlamorousFerret I'll look into it. I need about 8 cameras in total though. Out of curiosity, Where did you buy it from?

I like the Netgear Arlo. Wireless and hooks up to mobile phones!

A friend is a CCTV engineer so he got it and fitted it. This one only takes 4 camera though

Apparently this one has the best vision and the cheaper ones 'aren't worth a wank' as he so delightfully put it!
