Wind Turbines and Solar Panels

Hi, this is really a follow on in reply to a user who posted a year ago on whether to buy a house near a large solar array. I live near a 30 acre solar array and 2 large wind turbines and can tell you that both produce noise. The wind turbines are the worst, they produce a very low frequency which admittedly is not audible to everyone, but those who are sensitive will hear them and children and the elderly are especially susceptible. With the large solar farms, the inverters and transformers produce a low humming which at first may not be audible, but over time your ears pick up on it. To be completely safe, I wouldn't buy a house closer than a mile from solar panels and 3 miles from wind turbines. Some of the larger turbines produce even more low frequency noise which travels over greater distances. Hope this helps.

Intermittent low humming noise always in the early hours driving me crazy.. arghhhh!
It's 3:30am I'm lay in bed listening to a low humming,
I'm 100% sure it's coming from my elderly neighbours solar panels, nearly every night when I wake at stupid o'clock I hear a low intermittent humming noise, I doubt they'll hear it they're both in their 80s.
What can be done if anything to stop this annoying noise? 🙉🙉🙉
