Does it matter if EPC says Scotland not England and Wales??

Just had EPC done through our EA and when we looked at our house listing on the EA website the EPC cert has 'Scotland' at the bottom instead of 'England and Wales'. I queried it with EA and they said that the company they use for EPC always has this and it's never been an issue.

Anyone know about this stuff? I know EPC is a load of bollocks but since it's a legal requirement and we paid for it I want to make sure it's right.

Forgot to add the important bit - we're not in Scotland!

There are different options when doing an Epc for a property in Scotland. They can use the same information already gathered (they did visit site didn’t they?) and input it into the correct system to get a new Epc.
I am an energy assessor and I can see no reason why they would do that Confused

might it be an assessor who is not registered in England? Maybe he does it all from Aberdeen without a site visit and has an "arrangement" with the EA.

Are they on here?

www.gov.uk/find-an-energy-assessor

It does say
"check that they’re part of an accredited scheme"

Note my link is a .gov.uk not some fake or copycat website.
