Washer help

My washer has been getting noisy when I wash towels. Done 3 loads today with no issues until last load which was towels. I’ve had to go and stop it as i thought it was going to come through utility wall. Literally jumping. Is this repairable or am I looking at a new washer. Any help/advice appreciated. Washer is probably about 7 years old.

it might be the drum bearing. Often irrepairable, depends on the make. Is there any sign of black grease spots or shiny metal shavings on the clothes?

Or it could be that a concrete counterbalance weight or restraining spring has come loose, might just need refixing, typical call-out charge might be about £50

Do you fancy taking the lid off for a look?

If the feet are not level, that's a very easy DIY fix.

It’s a Bosch. I’m quite willing to take lid off, maybe not tonight but I’ll have a go tomorrow. Thank you for your help.

Could be something as simple as an uneven load or have you checked it's level on the floor . Mine had been moved and was unbalanced evened up the feet and all well and good again.

Thank you..I’ll check in the morning. It made such a noise this time and so I switched it off.
