We are awaiting our buyers re-mortgage from Santander- to release equity for deposit. Can anyone advise me on how long Santander take? It has been nearly 4 weeks and I don't know if I should be starting to worry!
Our mortgage from Nationwide took 9 days from application to offer so I am fearing our buyers won't be able to afford our house 😣
