Help! Fuzziness inside new double glazed door - is this normal?

We’ve just spent quite a bit converting our garage into an office for our business. One of the biggest expenses was bi-folding doors.
After giving the glass a really good clean yesterday I noticed that there is what looks like a fuzzy plastic coating on the inside of the double glazed glass on the main door. It’s inside the sealed unit so I can’t get at it but it looks like maybe a protective plastic coating that was meant to he removed before the unit was sealed.
It’s at eye height and is on our main door into the office so I’m pretty annoyed with it as it makes the glass door look dirty and will be hard to miss.
I don’t know much about double glazing so not sure if this is normal or if we’ve been fobbed off with a factory second.
Does anyone know if this might be the case or if I should just wind my neck in before I contact the firm to complain?
Thanks I’m advance for any advice Smile

Hiya, it doesn't sound normal! Have a google for pics of fogged up double glazing, as it may be that the actual unit isn't sealed properly.
And yes complain!

Thanks StandardViking Smile. It’s the first time I’ve ever had any kind of double glazing fitted so it’s only now I’ve realised I’m clueless about what to expect!
