Could anyone help with a couple of questions please?
We are using a Britannia company for removals and storage to include full packing. They have advised they will spend 3 days here before completion day to pack up. They have just invoiced requesting payment in full before they start. Is this normal? I had assumed it would be payment on completion day which is the last day they would be with us.
Also when putting washing machine etc into storage they advised putting either tea-bags or silica sachets/pouches inside to absorb any residual moisture and stop damage to the machine. I’m thinking of just buying some silica packs on Amazon. How much silica would I need? They come in various sizes too.
The removals people arrive to start packing on Wednesday this week. Any tips I may not have thought of or got covered gratefully received
