Has anyone had an attached single garage re-roofed from flat roof to pitched roof please?
If so, please could you let me know how much it cost? We are going to be getting quotes shortly and I want to have some sort of idea of cost so that we hopefully won't be ripped off!
The current flat roof is largely sound, but to fit a utility room into the back of the garage, we need extra ceiling height, so either a new flat roof, but with brick courses added as foundations allow for more ceiling height, or a pitched roof (which would look nicer) and give us the opportunity to add ceiling height created by the new roof angle.
