Hi, Can anyone give me some advice on buying a house in Iver.
Pros
- Its cheaper than surrounding places
- Has 30min train to London
-Will have crossrail, providing quicker trains - i'd assume house prices will rise based on this unless we have missed to boat by about a year.?
-Pinewood is close
-Black park is close
Cons
-its near Slough, west drayton and yiewsley
-ideally need to be walking distance to the station
Do people recommend Iver. Is there much crime.
I imagine some ASB exists along with violence and burglary.
Which roads are the best to live. Ideally looking for 2/3 bed house up to £400k.
