Commuting from Buckingham to Landon

Do people commute from Buckingham to London for work?

Is it easy to commute from Buckingham to London Euston/Marylebone Station?

I understood from another forum, the Milton Keynes station parking is mostly full. Is it true?

Are there any other stations to easily park and ride? how much the parking cost?

Thank you,

Milton Keynes Central goes into Euston - parking is is busy and pricey, but possible. Certainly, people make this journey. Further down the line are Bletchley and Leighton Buzzard, which are both doable to get to, but LB nearly 30 mins from Buckingham.

For Marleybone you'd go to Aylesbury, but I think roads are a nightmare.

Parking at MK is really busy and expensive. Don't expect to sit down, either. Just looked on their website and it says it's often full before 8 am and just because you've bought a ticket it doesn't mean you'll get a space.

Daily Ticket - £10.40
Weekend Ticket - £10.60
Weekly Ticket - £39.60
Monthly Ticket - £150.00

Aylesbury Vale Parkway station car park is half empty whenever I see it. Therefore Waddesdon and Quainton are better places to live an commutable. Or Aylesbury of course.

The Euston service is quicker. Leighton Buzzard would be worth a look or Tring if you want less of a journey. You could look further north than MK too.

Where in London do you need to get to?

It would be 1h 15m to 1h 45m to get to Marylebone or Euston without any delays. Confused
