Has anyone sold with a We Buy Any House type company and can recommend one please? We desperately need to sell our house and need a cash buyer due to a problem with the lease (I hugely regret buying a leasehold house!) There are no cash buyers in my area and every month I see house prices dropping - v stressful! So I think selling to one of these companies is my best bet. Thanks for any help.
