House searching... Tell me your website's!

Been house searching for quite a while, I think I might have every property app going on my phone but was interesting what sites/apps people use.

Currently I have:

Rightmove
Zoopla
On The Market
S1 Homes
Home.co.uk
Prime Location
Nestoria

So any sites or apps i'm missing?

Im based in Scotland btw incase that makes a difference.

Rightmove is all I ended up using. I initially had loads of apps and bookmarks on my phone but I never saw a house on another app that wasn't also on rightmove.

Although this could be different in Scotland.

Your best bet is to build a good relationship with your local estate agents. Some houses never make it on to those websites as the agents already have buyers and it saves them work. Make sure that when a house comes on to their books that would suit you, they know to call you first!

I always wonder if every house is on Rightmove

My old house never made it to Rightmove as we saw it and offered the first day the agent had the keys and before they even took photographs!

You could check local papers or boards in case someone is trying to sell without an agent. And contact local agents to get on their books - some homes sell before they even make it onto a website.

Don't know about apps, but in Scotland the local Solicitors Property Centres have most of the local properties.
TSPC for Tayside, ESPC for Edinburgh, Lothians and Fife etc.

I have actually came across properties on other sites that have not been on Rightmove or Zoopla. They 2 seems to be the main ones at the moment but it's always good to look around!
