I am unbelieveably excited!!

We've had the loo there since we moved in but no sink - so we couldn't really use it

and by this time next week we can!!

Exciting! We had our main bathroom started on Monday. The old shower had ceased up, the bath was so big the hot water tank only filled a quarter of it, and the toilet blocked and leaked anytime anyone did a “number 2”, so it’s barely been used for about a year!

Now redesigned with a bigger shower, I think I’ll barely be using the en suite and it’s teeny tiny shower cubicle soon!

Tiles going in today - so excited!

Squee - the upstairs bathroom starts end of May (soonest they could fit us in)

Our upstairs is a disaster too - too small bath (I don't fit) toilet on a step/plinth enormous shower (a third of the room) and a crached sink!!

We've been waiting about 5 months for the work to start. So long that I actually forgot what the tiles looked like until today!

Looking likely that we'll be finished for Easter, which is handy seeing we've got house guests! They'll be delighted to actually be able to turn the shower on and off! Grin

We are half tiled already - it's tiny

but the loo is sitting outside full of coke to clean the inside of stains Sad hope it works

If it doesn’t use citric acid from wilko or Homebargains. It’s seriously strong stuff.
