Did a dip with nationwide via broker who submitted full application last Wednesday.
Just wondering how long the process usually takes?

They will need to get a valuation of the property done ours took a a couple of weeks for that and then it was about 5 days from then I think (delayed by broker being away)

We went with L and C and nationwide , DIP was 29th November , valuation 6th December and offer 12th December.

Thanks.
Hopefully not too much longer. The valuation was today!

Nervously waiting with fingers crossed!

We were current nationwide customers with a dip, and wanting to port our existing mortgage and borrow more. Took 8 days including mortgage valuation survey.

Just thought I'd pop back and update for anyone who is also waiting.
Text offer came today, so was 8 days (6 working) from full application submitted to offer. Not bad.
