Septic tank?

Appreciate advice please? Property we may be buying has a septic tank. Can we extend the property with a single storey extension?

Do you know the regs? We have read no closer than 7 metres but it might be limiting!

We sold a house with a septic tank and had to register the tank and show the records of maintenance of the tank . Make sure they have done this before you complete.

This is more about how far can we extend the current house to the septic tank.
Either that or we may put a new one in further away from the house.
